This is a book that I have been trying to get my hands on for years, with little success. From what I have read, that book is extremely rare and you are lucky to get your hands on a copy. When searching for the book a few years ago, I struggled to find a copy for under £300! Apparently, when the book is in high deman you could expect to pay up to £1000!
