This does everything it says on the box! Makes perfect mayonnaise , so easy and quick to do. Use skimmed milk to make a quick ,cheap and easy topping for fruit. I hesitated for a long time before purchasing this , not a cheap buy but worth every penny. I would highly recommend if you can afford to buy it. I now make my own mayonnaise, coleslaw,carrot cakes, you name it I now make it,and the beauty of this is I know what has gone into it.
My only disappointment when making things has been the peanut butter recipe, no matter what type of nuts I use I cannot get this to turn out correctly. My bamix stands on the kitchen work top and is used every day.I have now purchased the slycey to go with it and find I no longer need by large food processor. The slycey and the bamix make a perfect marriage!
The bamix isn't a cheap hand blender, but worth every penny, I have never had sucess making mayo before but this makes perfect mayo every time. It is a little on the heavy side but not so much as to make it something you would not want to use.
