... solid and well made. This fits well into that category. The base is sold and pretty heavy, which is needed to keep the blender stable, it aso has four large rubber feet to help give further stability.
The main button/knob feels solid enough, not like some of the cheaper kitchen gadgets where you feel like its going to come off in your hand!

This is a pretty decent product from Breville. Finished in brushed steel it fits in well with other steel appliances in the modern kitchen. I paid about £60 for this almost 3 years ago and its still looking like new! A blender is just a blender but there are a few things for me that mark this one out as a very good purchase. Styling/Looks: The brushed steel look is great, fits in brilliantly with other metallic appliances in the kitchen.
