The Blender ***************
The blender looks very modern with its die cast aluminium body and its fluted glass goblet. This has 4 different speeds, and it even has preset functions for blending things like soups and crushing ice. The blades are made of stainless steel and I would advise if you are cleaning by hand be very careful as they are sharp. This has been built with safety in mind and the fully safety interlock means no nasty accidents when using. To make is even simpler to clean you can actually put the glass jug that takes all the ingredients straight into the dishwasher when finished. The instructions that come with the blender make it very easy to use. They are clear and precise and we had this in use within a few minutes of getting it out of the box.

My Views ***************
We often make home made soups so we thought we would put it to the test the next day. I was very impressed with how much ingredients you can fit into the blender due to its 1.6 litre capacity. The large removable lid made it very easier to spoon the cooked vegetables in to the container. I locked the container into place and used the pre - programmed soup setting. Obviously you can not blend without some noise but it did seem quieter than our old one. The stainless steel blades made short work of the ingredients soon turning the vegetables to a fine mush. We were not fully satisfied with the pre programmed setting for the vegetable soup which gave us chance to use the pulse function, to be honest we just wanted to see what the pulse button did, and it works perfectly.
The glass jug does mean that when it comes to pouring the contents it will be heavier than a plastic jug so it is worth considering this when buying it. There were very few drips when pouring the blended ingredients back into the saucepan, but you may have to be a bit more careful if doing a smoothie and pouring it into a glass. The trade off in weight is compensated by the fact that with the jug being made of glass it will be easy to clean and less likely to become stained after prolonged use.
the blades do detach and we tend to wash them in the dishwasher. I found it easy to detach the blades but my wife found it a bit fiddly. Whether this was down to her having smaller fingers i don't know. This was an ideal buy for us because I am right handed and my wife is left handed, the design of the blender has taken this into account and its just as easy to use whatever hand you prefer to use. The die cast aluminum body looks very strong and is built to last, but the actual weight of the body is fairly light to lift. This is so easy to use that anyone can use it. The small spillages that were made due to human error were easily removed with a damp cloth and detergent. The great thing is that the messy glass jug and blades just went straight into the dishwasher after wards. With it being on offer at the moment with Argos at £78.31 this is a great blender at a good price.

Summary: Great blender for a great price

Good overview here.

For buyers though some more info could be added here which would make this blender either more appealing or with in depth info due to your usage. Info such as:

Is the actual metal body heavy?
Is the glass goblet heavy?
Easy to pour?
Can the blades be removed?

Whils t including the stats list is ok, buyers in the market could be looking for more in depth info. Although its not compulsory to add this info to your review I think it would boost your review more. Certainly from its features and performance it sounds like a highly professional machine against cheaper blenders on the market.
