Advantages: Compact and does what it says on the tin
Disadvantages: mugs are a bit cumbersome and gets warm quickly
Very compact smoothie maker. Useful as it comes with two 'takeaway' cups which allow you to have smoothies on the go. Fantastic and small which is great for those with tiny kitchens!! Great as long as you don't over-fill it! I also use this for basic blending such as making breadcrumbs etc as I don't have enough room for a normal sized blender! (although be careful doing this as it doesn't have a huge capacity, but it's fine for me on my own!)
It has a pulse setting (great for very soft fruit) and an high and low speed.
I wouldn't normally purchase something like this but was a bargain at my local Currys in the sale and glad I bought it!
Only criticisms are that the travel mugs feel a bit clunky to really take anywhere with you (although not too bad if you were to leave in the car or something!) and it does get quite warm if used for too long- so with especially hard fruit chop up nice and small.
Good buy if you can find it for a bargain, have little space and want something a bit multipurpose but wouldn't go out of my way to purchase one!
Summary: Good buy if you have little space and want something multipurpose
