I usually use my large food processor for blending jobs, but it is a great deal of hassle trying to store such a large appliance in suchj limited cupboard space. This was bought as a gift for Christmas so at first I was not aware of the price of the product, but as with most gifts, I looked it up on the web to decide on value for money and how much my relatives care about me!! After using the blender several times I decided that it was great value for money. The bottom half of the blender (with the blades) removes completely and therefore is extremely easily cleaned - not something you find with food processors and smoothie makers. The strength of the blender is phenomenal - I use it frequently to create smooties with frozen fruit. This is something that I really did not think that a hand-held blender would be capable of doing. It is ideal for creating breadcrumbs easily, blending soup into smoother mixtures, cake mix, and any other sort of processing jobs. It is strong, reliable, easily cleaned and most importantly fits extremely nicely into my limited cupboard space! It also comes with several useful tools that fit perfrectly onto the blender, which make storage of products quick and painless - and limits washing up!

Summary: Excellent price for such a useful kitchen tool
