I am sure that most of us have a number of gadgets that are lying around our kitchen, well at the backs of cupboards. I've been using this hand blender for quite a while and it's been very handy. It's so much easier to use than pouring everything you want to blend into a blender and then having to clean it. The blender is really powerful - 650W. I've used it on things that are quite hard and the motor seems to be holding up fine. There are different settings so you can have it as fast or slow as you want, and it doesn't vibrate in your hand like some hand blenders do.
