... salt. To me it smells like sea itself! You probably won't like it if you are into sweet sugary flowery scents, as this is a very strong medicinal-type scent, strong enough to clear your blocked nose in winter! :) I also really like the scrub's colour, it is turquoise (as is the colour of the pot), and it also reminds me of sea. As you massage the scrub into your skin it produces a heating sensation, which relaxes the muscles and works to firm skin. It exfoliates very well, and as you work it into skin the sea salt slowly m...more

I'm a big fan of body scrubs, and hearing a lot of good things about Bliss, I decided to give Bliss Hot Salt Scrub a go. It comes in quite a heavy (400 g) pot with a screw-on lid and a foil under it. I would loved to have brought it there and then but it was priced at £28.50 and for those that have read my previous reviews then ...  Read the complete review

I've had some bad luck with colds and flu in the last 4 months and I'm currently nursing another episode of what feels like the plague. When I had the flu in January I felt like I was hit by a bus backwards and forwards, my muscles ached and no matter how times I showered I just didn't feel clean. I really wish I would have had this Bliss Hot Salt Scrub with me at the time because it makes such a difference to my well-being. You can use this on dry or wet skin depending on how much friction you are after but it is recommended that you use it on dry skin to get the best results. Because the scrub is suspended in a thick gel it's easy to work around the body, ...  Read the complete review
