... shot like a personal documentary, very Blair Witch-esque as the POV gives it a more personal touch. The fact that there are only four characters seen in the film make the viewer feel sorry for the suffereing the main characters go through in the film. The hauntings start out small and then build up to a big finish which will shock and amaze any viewer.

The 2007 release of Paranormal Activity received a lot of hype from the US before it was released in the UK which made me only want to watch it even more. The stroy features two main characters, Micah Sloat and Katie Featherstone as they move into their new house, as soon as they do, spooky goings on occur prompting Micah to install a camera in their bedroom to film the goings on.
