Well worth at least one viewing.

The 2007 release of Paranormal Activity received a lot of hype from the US before it was released in the UK which made me only want to watch it even more.
The stroy features two main characters, Micah Sloat and Katie Featherstone as they move into their new house, as soon as they do, spooky goings on occur prompting Micah to install a camera in their bedroom to film the goings on. This film is shot like a personal documentary, very Blair Witch-esque as the POV gives it a more personal touch. The fact that there are only four characters seen in the film make the viewer feel sorry for the suffereing the main characters go through in the film. The hauntings start out small and then build up to a big finish which will shock and amaze any viewer.
The acting is amazing and the characters are portrayed really realisticlly by the two actors, clear personalities can be seen in them. The Bluray I would say is about average. The storyline and goings on had critics split 50/50 some liked it for its cleverness and the way it plays with the viewer'd mind and other hated it for its slow build up, I however loved the film due to the clever way it is shot POV style. The end of the film deserves a special mention because it did make me jump and scared when I first saw it.
There is not much I can say, the cinematography is perfect the acting is supherb and the storyline is intruiging.
