A Must have film for any DVD Collection especially those on the techy side.

David Fincher's film "The Social Network" which follows the story of Facebook Creator Mark Zucimberg (Jesse Eisenberg) is a powerful portrayal and in depth look at the story behind the world renowned social networking site 'Facebook' which till this day has over 500 million members.

I have purchased this 2 disc collection of the movie on both standard DVD and Blue-ray and have noticed a difference. The story, facial expressions and the tone and emotion expressed from Eisenberg is enhanced hugely with the blue ray edition. The extras are pretty much the same from which i can tell so i cannot judge on the differences there, however the further in depth special features take the movie deeper and is very interesting to watch.

If i had my choice between both movies then i would chose the Blue-ray option. The story is enhanced far more as well with the blue-ray edition and if a 5:1 or 7:1 sound system is used blue ray then enhances this again. The Social Network is a definite must have to any dvd collectors collection and especially for those techy peeps out there. For the price of £9.99 the blue ray edition is a must have!
