	Panasonic DMP-BD60EB-K ... ve had 2 Blu Ray players and this is the best one so far. After the Sharp BD-HP20H stopped reading discs (look on Google for this player s invalid disc issue), I purchased this. With it s ability to surf and play youtube clips, full 1080p/24hrz picture and the ability to decode PCM sound, it s great value for money. Loading times for discs are reasonable, around 11 seconds. It also upscales standard dvd s to 1080p, although it s no match when compared to true BR quality but it still shows pleasing results. It accepts standard HDMI as connection for sound and pic from your HDTV. I have a 5.1 surround sound speaker setup with dipole speakers and the sound you get with t... 	Samsung BD-P1580 ... husband was a huge fan of new technology and had wanted to embrace HD TV quite early on, however a combination of late delivery of our HD ready TV and Sky being short of HD boxes when HD launched meant we never quite got round to it. He had dragged me into stores to show me how amazing HD pictures were but I never really "got" it - to me it was nothing like the improvement in picture quality you got when switching from analogue to digital TV - so I didn t really bother with it. 	Sony BDP-S360 ... parents just purchased this Blu-Ray player. Having set it up and tested it out, it doesn t disappoint. It s hooked up to a 37" 1080p Sharp Aquos and its flawless. The unit itself is surprisingly small it s the normal width and height for a DVD/Blu Ray player/home cinema unit but it s only about half the depth. It looks great too, the front panel is finished in a piano black, which you can t see so well on the product images online, so it will compliment the majority of current TVs.
