Sharp BD-HP21H

The Sharp BD-HP21H is a cheap way to get into the Bluray world. Its not the best player however as it has a few things that drags it down. People tend to get lost in all things Bluray and its a confusing time out there for the average consumer - shall I go for Profile 1.0, 1.1 or 2.0? Now for me it isn't so much of an issue as I simply want to throw in a movie disc and watch a film - I have never been a fan of the DVD extras but I know some people out there are. Hi Def Bargain This is my first experience of a Hi-Definition blu ray player in the home setting which I (gratefully) recieved as a gift. I actually got it for a 22in tv in my bedroom which is an adequate size and is HD ready. Bear in mind also that full HD output becomes more apparent on larger screens. I think my tv is 720p as opposed to the full 1080p. As such I get excellent picture quality and know it will get better when the player is mated to a larger screen tv.
