Pictionary ... a fantastic game! It just never gets old. My parents bought pictionary one christmas to play when I was a child. It must have been about 20 years ago. I loved it and it has been my favourite game ever since. It comes out every christmas and when we have friends over. This classic version contains a board which you have to move around in teams by rolling the dice. Each time you land on a square you have to pick up a card and draw a picture from a certain category and the other people on your team have to guess what it is. It is not a game for kids or young teens but for adults on a Saturday night with friends or family. Risk ... is a boardgame focused on world domination. I was going to say that this is the only aim of the game, but with modern variations this is not always the case. It is actually a lot harder to describe than I first imagined. The world is first divided into continents: South America, America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. These are then divided into territories (I was mistaken in calling them countries earlier - sorry). Territories are SOMETIMES countries but more often than not just vague descriptions such as western europe eastern australia or else entirely made up place names like ural and yakutsk .
