Advantages: Fun for young children

Disadvantages: Repetative.

Battleships is a game that everyone must have player at some time in ther lives, either using a pencil and paper or using a board and counters, the rules are easily understood even by a very young child.

Battle ships enables two people to place various sizes of ship around their board and their opponent to try and guess where they are. The winner is the first person to sink all their opponents ships.

Battleships is around in many forms.

1. Paper and pencil.
2. The board game.
3. The computer thingy.

All versions of it do exactly the same thing. This is a game I would recommend to younger children but it is a game that can be enjoyed by an adult and a child, although probably not by two adults.
