Advantages: great fun
Disadvantages: makes me jump
Buckaroo is a very simple but fun game for young children, i remember having this when i was a child so when i spotted it at tesco befor christmas i just had to buy it for my daughters.
This game cost me just under £10 and is aimed at children aged 4 upwards.
You have got a plastic donkey who has a spring in his back, you push him down to set him in place them you have to very gentily place his saddle onto his back as the first piece, after that it is up to you which order you put the pieces on in, there are hooks around the saddle to hang your pieces and about 20 pieces to hang on him.
The aim of the game is to take it in turns putting the pieces on very gently as buckaroo is sensitive to vibration and if you are too rough with him he will buck in the air throwing everything off.
You take it in turns putting the pieces on untill he bucks, the person putting the piece on when he bucks is out.
This game is supposed to be for 2 players pluss but my daughter will spend hours playing with him on her own seeing how many pieces she can get on him before he bucks.
This is a realy good childrens game as it doesnt require much thinking but it does make you jump when he bucks.
It works on a spring so doesnt need any batteries and is made of a thick plastic so wont break easily,
Summary: a great way to spend a few hours
