Buckaroo is a game for 2-4 players. It is aimed at children aged 5-8 and gets the idea of sharing and persaverance across.

I quite liked this game as a child and enjoyed playing it with my sister, as she was the younger she was always clumsier than me so set the donkey off pretty easily! On the odd occasion she didnt set it off I would knock the table and cheat my way to victory!

Buckaroo is easy to set up. You just push the donkeys front legs into the base then pull his rear end down via a spring. These two legs also fit into the base. Play begins by each person putting on an item onto the donkey being as careful as they can not to set him off.

The objectives of the game are good but unfortunately its just too easy even for smaller children. You have to bang the donkey really hard before he kicks off. The newer version has different settings for sensitivity but theyre still not sensative enough.

Overall not a bad game but not interesting or good enough to rate any higher.

Summary: not great
