Advantages: Everyone knows how to play it

This was another childhood game. It didn't matter who I played I would always win this! Made it much more appealing for me thats for sure.

It consists of a blue grid which you can post the circular counters in and blue sides which keep it standing up. You of course also get red counters and yellow counters. First of all you have to decide what colour you are going to be and you and another player sit on either side of the grid. All you have to do is connect four in a row either horizontally, vertically or diagonally. Very simple to do although my 6 year old really struggles with the concept for some reason. Once you are done you used to flick up the blue latch at the bottom but now it is no longer a latch but a blue plastic bit which you slide back and forward.

This game is made by MB and it used to be available in just about any toy shop but I just went looking for it and most of the shops that spring to mind don't have it. Of the places I looked at the only places that have it are Amazon and Ebay. At the moment it is £7.98 in Amazon which I think is a great price for it.

Summary: All time classic which will stay around for years yet
