I first played this game a week ago and have by now played it five times. I played with my husband's family, whom are all British between the ages of 16 to 50, and we all had a great time. Learning the game was not very difficult neither was playing. We played the UK edition so that is the one I will be reviewing. The game is set for 4 people ... Read the complete review

Cranium is a comical, colourful boardgame in which 2 or more teams of 2 or more players attempt to complete activities (e.g. charades, spelling backwards, drawing like in pictionary) as they travel around a board. There are 4 categories of activity, each associated with a fun character, which both people in the team take part in: ... Read the complete review

As a family we are always looking for gun games to entertain us, normally at dinners, or at christmas. We really enjoy Pictionary, so have been looking for something on that basis, but felt like we needed a change and Cranium seemed to fit the bill. I found Cranium quite expensive compared to Pictionary, so I was hoping for something ... Read the complete review

Cranium is an incredibly expensive board game that combines all sorts of other games into one. For £30, you get a mix and match combination of all your favourites, and whilst it's great fun, I don't think it's worth the money. The game is a board game, with the aim ostensibly being to travel around the board to the end. To move, you ... Read the complete review

This is one of my friends' and I's favourite board games. It can keep us entertained for hours! The aim of the game is to get round the board and to the brain in the centre. You get round the board by picking cards and answering questions or doing activities. When you get to the centre you must answer one question from all four sections ... Read the complete review

If you aren't sure which game to buy then Cranium is probably the one to go for. At first the rules can be a little tricky to grasp as you are confronted with so many different colours, shapes and sizes, although once somebody has done that it makes the game a great experience. Players essentially move around the board in teams with a ... Read the complete review

Cranium is a board game with a bit of a twist. Instead of your usual Trivial Pursuit type games, where you simply sit down at the table and play, Cranium gets you up and out of your seat! It is played in teams, of two or more players. There are four teams per game, and the aim of the game is to move your playing piece around the board ... Read the complete review

Cranium is another one of those games which can be a lot of fun on a dark winter's night! As you would expect from the title, it is a game that stretches different aspects of your brain. The main version of Cranium is intended for adults, although older teenagers are fine, and you have to play in teams so you need upwards of four players in order ... Read the complete review

Cranium Every so often, we go on a kind of game playing frenzy- the winter nights just fly!! This is one of the latest favourites, and one of the most confusing; could be that I am just easily confused. However, it did take some getting used to. Cranium is best described as a mix of pretty much every fun board game you can think of. Except Monopoly. And Scrabble. Oh yes, and it not like snakes and ladders either. It's a little like trivial pursuit though, but not a lot. Anyway, it's basically a mix of many noisy games like Charades and Pictionary. Cranium is played by up to four ... Read the complete review

I've just returned from one of my regular girly-weekend meets. Once every couple of months the four of us get together and spend a night with a few (ok, 4 or 5) bottles of wine, crisps and dip, penny sweets and the obligatory board game.
