3 darts, one board and a mate. Thats all you need for a game of darts in your local. But how are you expected to beat someone at a game that needs perfect concentration and a good eye when you've just downed 8 pints? You can't! My mate wears contact lenses and so has an excuse when his dart completely misses but me, nothing, zero, zilch!

'My pet dog could throw better than you!' Maybe so but my eyesight isn't good at the best of times and I really do hate losing! ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY! I have never got one of those but hopefully practice makes perfect!

Darts is becoming increasingly rare in public houses these days as you tend to see dukeboxes, pool tables and fruit machines instead. Long live the dart board and may it bring hours of fun and hopefully, fingers crossed, more well earnt victories!!
