Disadvantages: You have to keep instruction close to hand

I had the Game of Life bought for me when I was small by my Grandma and Grandad for Christmas, and it is still going strong today. My kids have learned to love the game as much as me. The idea of the game is to choose between taking the business route or going to University there are pay day squares all round the board, after this comes the choice to purchase life Insurance, which is advisable as near the end of the game it pays out loads of money. Next you get married, we the chance all through the game to have loads of kids which pay out 20,000 each at the end of the game. After getting married you buy a house and have to decide whether you want fire insurance. Next comes the choice to purchase a share certificate, which entitles you to speculate on the Stock exchange, which is a gamble, but well worth it if you win. If you run into debt you can get a loan from the bank. You can purchase status symbols on certain squares, these give you an income, on your turn, while waiting for the rest to finish the game.

I thoroughly enjoy this game and so do my kids, well worth a the money.
