Advantages: not many

Disadvantages: boring

I bought my daughter a Boogie ball last xmas, and she was very disapointed, it is like a round version of simon, (certainly nothing like it appears on the television advertisements). Only you turn the ball to chase the lights, instead of pressing buttons.
Why it is called boogie ball I have no idea, there is no boogie or music to it apart from when the game is completed, its very boring and hard for a child to retain intrest in.
My advice is give it a miss and buy simon instead its more fun and cheaper too!. Oh and it is very hard on batteries of which it takes four and you need a screwdriver and a steady hand to access them also.
