I used to play board games when I was younger.

Monopoly is probably the only board game I still play regularly. I have 3 friends with whom we meet to play a good play, and do some wine tasting too!

Monopoly is a game where you compete agianst up to 6 players in building your own portfolio of properties. It is not the kind of game you can play in 30 minutes, some of our matches have lasted more than 10 hours!

There is a mix of luck and strategy involved in this game. The luck is surely a factor at the beginning of the game, where you are handed some properties to begin with and then you throw dices. Depending on where you land, you will either be able to purchase more properties, or will have to part with your money.

There is no golden rule for Monopoly, but I think that the key is to try and build a row of properties and build something on them, in roder to leverage on the rental you can get, at the same time, do not overpay for your properties!
