MONOPOLY One of the best board games ever as to be ‘Monopoly’, played by millions of people world wide. It’s about the skill to avoid bankruptcy and collect enough money than the next player and win. The excellent feeling when everyone’s money has been wiped out, and victory is in sight. It may be false money but the satisfaction is just the same. A game of luck and skill to come out on top and have all the power over the rest of the players. Watch the rest fall before you’re very own eyes, watch the tension mount. The simple concept collect money as you go round the board, using your money to buy land. The only game which lets you own streets of houses, different value but who cares! Not any old streets but famous London streets. If someone lands on your property the prices and value increases, or they’ll be forced to pay rent if they land on your property. Tactics come into play as you can buy hotels if you have four houses, having hotels can be rewarding with the high tariffs the other players have to pay. However, watch out for the ‘Go to jail’ square can lose money here, or watch out for the tax man. It might sound complicated but once you play it’s quite easy. However, the drawbacks, the game can last ages, hours even so know quick game here. Somebody always gets accusing of nicking the money, so make sure who-ever watches the money won’t slip some money to his mates. Nonetheless a very enjoyable game and well worth playing if you have a couple of friends around and have nothing else to do.
