Monopoly, such a classic game that is well known throughout the world. One may say it is for the money hungry and one may say it is not. What monopoly is one might say, is a game to shut those Damn kids up!
Yes, I turn now to the memories of when I was a child and I got together with my lovely cousins to cause havoc and chaos throughout my good Nanna's house. We weren't quite the little angels who made no noise what so ever and so my Nanna would indeed treat us to some Ice Cream Sandwiches and a game of Monopoly.
This regularly became our entertainment and often we would play it to keep ourselves amused.
After time we had mastered the game and learnt what the best streets to buy were and the best methods of making money.

As you can see this game will keep you entertained for hours and hours and time after time. After a while you can even give it to the kids to play. Even now I wouldn't mind a game of Monopoly every now and then because it is seriously one of the greatest games invented. I mean come on, our whole lives are sadly centred around money, especially having lots of it, so a money game had to be a great success. The man who invented this game must have been a genius to work that one out, if he did work that and it wasn't a fluke.

If you didn't know already, the objective of the game is to make a lot of money and not get bankrupt. If you get bankrupt you're out of the game. You throw the dice and move your shoe or car or whatever your counter is along the board as much as the dice adds up to. When you begin to make money then you start buying your roads or streets. The roads and streets are colour co-ordinated and if you own all streets of a certain colour then you may begin placing houses or hotels (if you can afford them and already have four houses on the street) on your streets.
Now with or without your houses or hotels, if another player lands on your street they owe you some rent. Of course the
more houses you have on the street the more money they owe you and if you have hotels on the street they owe you big time.
Now all you have to do is try and get the other players bankrupt and you'll be the victor.

There are no recommendations about it, If you have not got this game, BUY IT. Seriously don't kid yourself, it is a classic and your life is nothing without it (just joking).
