Monopoly is a board game that seems to have been around forever. The basic idea is that you (and the other players) have to buy land, build houses or hotels on the land and then try to send each other broke. You move round the board (which is based on London road names and places) and when you land on someone elses property you have to pay them. The amount you pay depends on the property, and the number of houses or hotels on there.

Monopoly is fun for all the family - the rules might be a bit too complicated for little children to work out, but for most people it`s easy to follow and great fun.
