I absolutely love this game. I never actually had this as a child but my best friend did down the road and we used to play it all the time. My sad thrill was revisited when myself and my partner hired a gite in France last year and this was one of the games in the house. Her face was a picture when she walked in to my set up Mousetrap game and the thrilled look on my face! 'Look what I found!' I shouted excitedly.

Mousetrap is a game for up to 4 people. It takes around 5 mins to set up and is relatively easy to play. The aim of the game is to trap your opponants mouse before they trap you. You throw the dice and move round the board doing what it says. When you land on a build square you build a bit more of the mouse trap and take a piece of cheese. Once built if someone lands on a 'crank' square you can set the mousetrap off.

This game is great but the mousetrap very rarely works. The ball doesnt tip out of the bucket or the hand doesnt push the ball. Its infuriating - especially when your opponant is under the cage. Aaggggg!!!!

You can buy this game for less than £15 from amazon now but you can get it from a car boot for around 50p (minus a few cheese pieces)

Good honest fun for the family.
