Advantages: Cheap without buying the board

Disadvantages: daft how they charge so much for the board version

It`s amazing some times that the best ideas are the simplest ones. Pictionary is about as simple as they come. Piece of paper and pencil. Draw something. Friends guess what it is.

Exactly how they`ve managed to package up a board version of this game is beyond me, the only differance with the boxed version is that you get cards with words supplied and a board to play on (why not just award points? - cheaper!).

The game itself is great fun, especialy when most people can`t draw the simplest things for toffee!! Many hours are spent guessing your aunties attempt at drawing a cat which look more like a cow. Much shouting usualy occurs when the person doing the drawing gets frustrated and simply can`t understand why the person doing the guessing doesn`t know what it is being drawn, and vica-versa.

There really isn`t anymore to this game - there doesn`t need to be either, I can recommend it for a good laugh with friends and good with, and for, kids.
