A bar without pool is like a pool without water! We all love it, it's a fantastic leveller, a superb bonder and all over fun. If you want to compete you find someone close to your level, then throw the cash down (always being wary of the Hustler(watch the film!))and play till your pockets empty.
In the end of things you can always even off playing double or quits, or not, and stitch your mate for a couple of hundred quid.
You can play with your girl, once anyway before she hits you for being better! But all in all it's a great drunken sport for the real outdoor man!!
