Scrabble is a game that not many people seem to play there days. I think it`s got a very elitist reputation, which is slight undeserved if you ask me. The basic idea of the game is that you have to make words up out of a random selection of letters placed on the board. There are twists such as double and triple word score tiles on the board, and the fact that different letters are worth different numbers of points. This means that if you come up with a word sing Z or Q you got more points than you do for a more normal word.

The biggest problem scrabble has going against it is the simple fact that t be a good player you need to have a huge vocabulary. You also need to decide what counts as a word and what doesn`t. The best way to do this s to have a dictionary handy to check up words that you aren`t convinced about.
