Scrabble to be enjoyed!

Scrabble must be one of the best games ever. I have played it on and off for as long as I can remember. We often play with family and friends, and as expected make up our own rules. We take 8 letters, so players will find it easier to come up with longer words.

We allow abbreviations, but only near the end though (who gets to decide it is near the end?). Our games are not that competitive, rules are a bit slack, but it's better than the games where someone is strict, moans at you for taking too long, and if you make a mistake you lose your go.

I have even got a game on my Psion 3A, great for travelling, you can us it when passing the time in airports. The only problem with it, is that you can ask it for help, it does this brilliantly, but you get tempted more and more.
