Advantages: A fun game

Disadvantages: One player

When my younger brother got this for Christmas one year, the whole family became obsessed with trying to complete it. Imagine my surprise when my mum came around with a bag of games that she wanted to get rid of and this was in there. My hubby and I have had so much fun the last week trying to complete it and I am sad to say that I have lost the skill that I used to have!

The game is an obstacle course of raps, twisty tables and mazes. The player has to maneuver a silver ball around the different obstacles by using the buttons on the front panel of the board but the whole thing has to be completed against the clock.

This game is both frustrating but compelling at the same time! Many a time have I been seen to throw the ball across the room and use the game as a punch bag before promptly trying to find the lost ball and start again!

The obstacles and controls take some getting used to and I would suggest that you try to have a go without the timer at first because you will only end up getting annoyed and if you have anger problems then you could end up throwing the whole thing across the room.

The game is made of quite sturdy stuff and even after lots of game play the one we have still look as good as new with everything in working order. There is a bit of dust in the cracks but I can live with that!

The only trouble with the game is that once you have completed it then it gets quite boring as you know you can do it. I got such a pro at it that I could complete it two times in a row before the timer was up. It was at this point that we decided to race around the obstacle course and the winner would be the one who could complete it in the fastest time or who got the most balls through the course in the allocated time.

The other thing is that it is only a one player game which can be a advantage and disadvantage. If the whole family are itching to have a go but you have to take it in turns then it can get a bit tedious although the word 'patience' springs to mind. On the other hand if you are alone or you are an only child then you don't need anyone else to play it with.

I would highly recommend this game as it's bright, engaging, fun and excellent fun for all the family!

Summary: This game is so much fun!
