Advantages: none
Disadvantages: will scare away your guests!
I've never understood the attraction with this game. Why on earth anyone would want to part with £20 in exchange for a sheet of plastic and carboard dial is completely beyond me. For those of you who have never heard of this game I'll explain the basic rules.... there are no rules!! You spin the dial it lands on a colour and you plonk various parts of your body on the corresponding colour on your plastic sheet.... hours of entertainment...not!!! Whenever I go to a party and this old chestnut is pulled out of the cupboard I try to make a sharp and graceful exit! Tying myself in knots is something I choose to do at Yoga once a week not as a group activity on someones living room floor!! Of course you could always inflict it on the children instead but in my experience this just ends up with someone having a strop and storming off and someone else getting a kick in the head and bursting into tears. I've seen some pretty silly games but this one really takes the biscuit. If you're looking for an excuse to roll about the floor with strange men then by all means invest in one otherwise keep your cash firmly in your pocket!!!!

- 11/08/00 It's when someone drags it out on a field trip and you find yourself playing with your lecturers that it gets *really* bad... Although if you have photos it can help your grades no end ;) |
