Suzuki DT4 ... i have used to date. The excellent feature of Alpha Dot security was a bonus, every part of the engine is coated in micro dots with a unique number which is registered so it would be hard for thieves to sell on. There was a tool kit provided with spare starting cord, spanners, spark plug spanner, screwdriver. It always started no matter what the weather, has never gone wrong and is simple to use. Has been worth every penny. It looks good on the boat and is quiet in use on tick over it is vitually silent! It performed very well on a 10ft dingy with 4 people in or with 2 and fishing gear. ... Seadoo GTX RFI ... The seadoo gtx rfi is a fast seadoo with 110 horse power and great pick-up. I ride mine at least 4 times a week and find that this watercraft doesnt consume as much gas as other seadoo models do. In fresh water a good cruising speed is 40mph and top speeds are between 52-55mph. The gtx rfi is very stable, great for cruising but it is also great for sharp turns and jumping waves. Seadoo GTX DI ... interested, I have taken weekend rides of up to 380 miles on it and I can tell you it gets 10 miles per gallon with a 15 gallon tank for a total range of 150 miles. Now I should tell you this is if you stay under 5800 RPM, which is where it opens up reed valves fully and starts sucking up gas. It is still a good cruising speed of aprox. 50 mph. My brother bought the new 4-tec which gets around 6 miles per US gallon, but you dont have to pour 2 cycle oil into it at the tune of a quart to a tank like I do my DI. One of the other great thing about my 2001 GTX-DI is the removable front storage tub that you can store extra gear under , I put my tent and sleeping bag in ...
