The vibration is minimal, and fumes are kept to a reasonable level. The engine is of course water cooled, and there is a jet coming from the engine, squirting downwards into the water, so you have a visible sign there is no blockage. OK, A review about an outboard motor? Yes, easy, I have been into boats most of my life, I have owned a few, and had outboard motors, including this little seven and a half horse power Mercury. Mercury must be one of the best outboard manufacturers in the world, and they have a very good reputation.
