Listerine Cool Mint ... is a great mouthwash. I use this twice daily once in the morning after I ve brushed and flossed and once before I go to bed. I ve tried nearly all flavours and I think this is the best tasting one by far. I bought this because my dentist recommended it after I asked him which was the best mouthwash out there. I see why it kills more bacteria than brushing alone because it reduces plaque quite alot more than just brushing . Its funny how one mouthful of this stuff can do so much like if you use it twice it can help protect your mouth 24 hours a day against plaque. Colgate Sensation Deep Clean Whitening ... started using this toothpaste back when I was a smoker, to try and combat the typical yellow smokers teeth (yuck!). A normal sized tube (around 100ml) can be purchased from any normal supermarket (Asda, Tesco, Sainsburys etc) for around £3, which for what you get isn t too bad. I ve tried cheaper brands of toothpaste in the past, and it just does not have the same effect, this is the best toothpaste I ve used yet. It doesn t taste disgusting as some toothpastes can do, it really does feel as though your mouth has had a deep clean , the effects last quite a long while, it gives you really fresh breath and I definitely noticed a difference even before I quit smoking. Corsodyl Mint Mouthwash ... Corsodyl mint mouthwash(300ml), manufactured by glaxosmithkline. WHAT IS CORSODYL? The active ingredients is chlorhexidine digluconate which is an antibacterial agent that reduces the formation of dental plaque. REMINDER Do not use if you have any allergic reaction to chlorhexidine digluconate, not also advisable to use right after brushing your teeth. Toothpaste can stop corsodyl from working. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and wait 5 minutes after brushing your teeth before using corsodyl. It can also be use at a different times of the day.
