Signal Toothpaste:
... being at home over the summer, I have used the products that my mum buys and therefore when it came down to the toothpaste, I was using Signal. I had never heard of it before and am a bit funny when it comes to toothpaste as I don t like them to be too strong as it burns, or too weak as I feel it s done nothing. So when I came to try this product I was pleasantly surprised. I am an Aquafresh girl myself and... Read the full review: Signal by rachshikari |

Signal Original Toothpaste ... once read in the consumer magazine Which that what toothpaste you used really made very little difference. Since then I have just picked whatever toothpaste is cheapest. Normally this is an item on some kind of special offer or an own brand toothpaste. However, I recently saw a double pack of toothpaste called Signal priced at £1.49, effectively 75p for each tube. The two tubes come in a cardboard double pack as per usual. Inside there are two 100ml tubes. Each one is white with a blue bubbly background and a stripe of the toothpaste on the front and the Logo Signal. This is not a brand I had heard of previously but apparently it has been around forty years and is prod... Read the full review: Cheap and cheerful by caz-3124 |

Signal Toothpaste ... was in my local Tesco express and needed to buy some toothpaste, I find when you go to a smaller outlet the variety of products are very limited and often have to buy the expensive leading brand products. Then I came accross Signal, now I think I do vividly remember using this as a child as I remember the red and white stripes but don t often see this brand in the shops and don t think to buy it. The reason I was drawn to this product was because of the price, i think it was about 99p whereas they only had another choice of colgate and it was one of those pump ones but double the price. Now call me tight but I refuse to pay extra because its a pump toothpaste to me... Read the full review: oldschool toothpaste! by adam171275 |

Signal Toothpaste ... but used over a period of time it supposedly calms the sensitivity. Sensodyne averages £2.50 plus a tube and after using it for a month I felt that the benefits weren t great enough to justify the cost. Some toothpastes have a nasty habit of making my mouth sore, so if I find one that leaves my mouth feeling fairly fresh and no soreness occurs after use then I tend to stick to using it. Signal toothpaste was introduced to Europe in 1965, it is cleverly constructed, the two colours ( red and white ) are sufficiently viscous so they don t run into one another. I think Signal may have been sidelined to a certain extent in favour of the more sophisticated toothpaste... Read the full review: Signal box? by Emmald |
