Lush Godmother Soap:
... are a great company. They are always thinking of the environment. To go with this, Lush recently changed their soap base so that it didnt contain Palm Oil. This was brilliant for the rainforests and I couldnt wait to get a bar of ecofriendly soap. Sadly the new soap base made the soap feel like plastic. It didnt lather properly, the colour came out very quickly and the soap left my hands dry and horrible. Lush h... Read the full review: Snow Fairy in a Bar, Delicious by Billiesue |

Lush Porridge Soap ... life has been blah. So I popped into Lush for a few treats for myself. I m not a diehard Lush junkie, but seems like every time I go in, I realise there are more things I want than my wallet will allow. Maybe this is why I don t allow myself to go more often, but I m pretty sure there are worse vices! Well, this visit one thing I made sure that I was coming away with was their Porridge Soap. Okay so it might not be the prettiest, it might not be glittery and quirky and in a fun shape, but it smells deeeeeelish! I m not one for huge overpowering scents, or sickly sweet ones, so a lot of Lush s range don t suit my nose, but porridge hits a happy medium of sweet-sme... Lush Porridge Soap ... is on my Bathroom shelf at the moment. I love buying soaps from Lush as they last a long time and a little gos a long way. This one dosnt look that attractive but it smells orangy and is a great gental exfoliator without ripping your skin to shreds. Id like it if the scent lasted on my skin like some other lush products so its a shame this one dosnt live up to that. It has a creamy consistancy and although it dosnt foam up a great deal it does make you feel clean afterwards and the scent is really subtle and calming. I paid about £3.50 for a fairly large slice which is quite expensive but you can choose a smaller slice or get them to cut one for you. I would pr... Lush Porridge Soap ... I started to write this review, I took a look at all the other reviews which have been written about Lush porridge soap and I was pretty surprised at all the negativity because I love it! I received a piece of the porridge soap as a gift shortly after it was released and as soon as I opened it I was impressed because a beautiful sweet scent wafted towards me, I couldn t wait to try it out. The price of porridge is quite reasonable, it is one of the cheaper Lush soaps at £2.50, so it is still worth more than a normal bar of soap but absolutely worth every penny in my opinion. The appearance of porridge soap is nothing to write home about; it is a light brown be... Read the full review: Absoluty Scrummy Porridge Soap. by missmaile |
