Veet Warm Wax Jars:
... is an at home waxing kit. The great thing about it is that its not exactly the same wax thats used in salons, this kind isnt sticky and washes off with warm water. It is about £10 from Boots, which i think is a pretty reasonable price for it as once you get the hang of it you dont need to use that much wax so it lasts for a while. It comes with 12 strips that can be cut to a smaller size for the bikini and under... Read the full review: Wax strips by EmaD2009 |

Veet Ready-to-Use Wax Strips ... is the first time i have used at home waxing products and i was really impressed. I decided to get these Veet ones as i trusted the brand more than the cheaper ones. They come in a packet of 10 pre waxed strips (they separate to become 20) and the packet includes a few wipes to get rid of any excess wax when your finished aswell. I got the ones for normal skin, which come in a pink box and are a shea butter and berry scent, they are about £6 from Boots. They claim to be better because you dont have to mess about with the wax as its already on the strips and you just need to rub in between your hands for 30 seconds and they are ready to use. I found them to be reall... Read the full review: Veet wax strips by EmaD2009 |

Rio Laser Hair Removal System ... Laser Scan 20x Having watched this item being used on the shopping channel I decided to purchase the 20x scan. The recommended use is for once a week for six weeks. I actually found it difficult to do this regularly and so have had mixed results. It doesn t work how you would expect it to. I expected the hairs to fall out instantly, however the hairs fall out over time and sometimes not at all due to the growth cycle of the hair follicle. Rubbing the treated area does help this process. It is very time consuming and although 20 hairs may sound like alot the scan only covers a very small area which you have to overlap so it takes a very long time, you have to be ... Tesco Ready To Use Wax Strips ... a 22 year old male it may seem a little odd to some that I may want to review wax strips. For the record I do not like silky smooth legs that are velvety to touch and would put some women s legs to shame. This was all done in the name of Children In Need. When my colleague and I were nominated to wax our ridiculously hairy legs at work I actually jumped at the chance. It seemed an easy way to make a dime for charity. Then I started hearing horror stories from the mouths of many women around my office, of which I took as gospel because what do I know about waxing right? In-growing hairs, bleeding, blisters, severe pain that would require pain killing of an epidural ... Read the full review: Waxing lyrical about Children in Need by leigh_richo |
