So, last weekend was probably one of the hottest of the year so far according to me. I didn’t actually realise how hot it was at the time of course so avoiding putting on suntan lotion. However, I later regretted this when I got home, after hours of sunbathing. I noticed my arm was bright red as were my cheeks and nose. Occasionally when we get sun I do like to take in a few rays. I do use sun cream/oil usually as I'm very fair skinned indeed however I'm not always as careful as I should be and don't bother slapping the stuff on if I'm only nipping over the shop or something quickly and thats usually when I get burnt! A couple of weekends ago a heatwave hit Britain and we reached over 30 degrees here in the north west. I was out in the garden for 3 days straight, and after that I was so sunburnt I could not go out.
