Advantages: Doesn't dry hands out, not too expensive
Disadvantages: Smells a bit too strong and synthetic for me, no bubbles!
I was on Asos recently and saw this hand wash. I had a £5 off voucher if I spent £60 more, my basket was at £58 so I decided to buy this hand wash for £2 so I could make up the extra money so I could use my voucher. I had looked at the Anatomicals range before, and although I hadn't tried them before I really wanted to because of their quirky designs and fun product naming.
The hand wash is called 'Get your filthy hands on me' which I think is a really fun and playful title. All of Anatomicals products have these kinds of names, which I think makes it a really fun brand and makes me want to buy their products! Underneath the main name ('get your filthy hands on me'), there is written 'Anatomicals, We only want you for your body'. I like how the brand doesn't take themselves too seriously.
I prefer using hand wash liquid soap instead of bars of soap since I find bars tend to dry out my hands.. and liquid soap is just so simple and easy to use!
The hand wash comes in a clear plastic see through cylindrical bottle. It has a green plastic pump lid, which can also be removed my screwing it off. The hand wash is green in colour and it is quite a lot thicker than other hand washes that I have used. It looks quite like green slime! On the label on the bottle, under the name, it has a little written scenario about what would happen if you didn't wash your hands, and the moral of the scenario is that it would be best to wash your hands than have them dirty (of course!)
I found that when I used the hand soap, it didn't create much of a lather, I quite like soaps to bubble up when I use them so it really feels like you are giving your hands a really good clean, but this didn't really do that. My hands did feels clean after using it, but without the bubbles during use.
I also was not too keen on the smell of the hand wash. It doesn't mention it anywhere on the packaging or in the name, but the hand wash really smells of lime, and I found it to be quite a synthetic smell. The smell doesn't linger after you have washed your hands, it is only really when you squirt it out of the bottle.
The soap comes in a 250ml size and is to be used within 18 months of being opened.
I found that one squirt of the hand wash was enough to wash my hands, I didn't need any more than that. I also liked the fact that the hand wash didn't dry out my hands at all.
The Anatomicals hand wash is a product of England and the company is based in London.
As I mentioned before, I bought the hand wash from Asos.com for £2, which I think is quite good value for money and around what you would normally pay for squirty soap. I have also seen it on another website, HQhair for £2.50, but I haven't seen it in any high street shops or department stores.
Although the lime smell was maybe a bit too much for me, and the soap didn't lather up as much as I would have liked it to, it hasn't put me off trying more Anatomicals products and look forward to sampling some more, though I don't think I will buy the hand wash again. It was nice to try though and not too expensive.

Summary: An ok hand wash that does the job
