Lush Aromaco ... seeing a horrifying tv programme last year and convincing myself that all ordinary anti-perspirant and deodorant would give me cancer, I embarked on a quest to find an effective replacement. The obvious place to start was Lush, where I had a great conversation about non-carcinogenic, non-synthetic, non-aluminium containing toiletries with the (as usual) very enthusiastic and helpful salesperson and left happily with one of Lush s solid deodorants - I think it was something like Teo. Dove Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Spray ... received a gift set of Dove products last Xmas and the anti-perspirant was one of the items contained within. It s only a trial size and until recently I hadn t bothered with it but as I m working my way through the set to make use of the present I thought I d give it a try. Obviously I have no inkling of the price, it was a gift and contained minis so I ve no idea how much the full size costs and I know I won t bother to look after my experience with it. It has the familiar Dove smell but is very strong, when you ve sprayed this on all you can smell is Dove and frankly perfumes can t compete. Lush Aromacreme ... do not test any of their products or ingredients on animals. All of their products are vegetarian and a lot of them, including this one are vegan. I got quite excited when I realised Lush made natural deodorants as I thought they would smell great - much more interesting than my boring old Pitrok - which does the job, but is unfragranced. I chose aromacreme first as I liked the idea of a cream deodorant to help moisurise the armpits and the smell is gorgeous, lovely and fresh and fruity with Ylang Ylang which I love.
