Advantages: Good quality, reliable, soft minty flavour,
Disadvantages: Haven't found any
I think this section is for general comments about Aquafresh toothpaste so I have written a genral overview.
We have been using various forms of Aquafresh toothpaste for many years in our household.
When the children were very young we used the "little teeth" range which had - I'm told because I didn't try it - a good strawberry taste - or something like that - its not always easy to decipher a two year old with a toothbrush in their mouth.
Anyway as they grew up they started using the same toothpaste as we had been using. I like Aquafresh becuase they don't mess about with the formula much so you know that when you but a tube it will be the same as the previous tube. I find that the toothpaste doesn't have that chalky taste that some of the other brands have and is a fairly mild minty taste. I do try an alternative every so often especially if it is on special offer in the shops but I still keep returning.
We have tried some of the different versions - such as the whitening variety but I didn't find it any different and didn't feel it justified the extra cost. Currently we are using the standard toothpaste. It usually retails at between £1.75 and £1.90 for 100ml pump dispenser depending on if you buy it at wilkinsons or tesco's but recently my local poundland has been selling it so I have been stocking up.
Aquafresh seem to very reliable and I will probably stick with them for some years to come (especially as I have about 10 tubes in my bathroom cabinet!!!)
Summary: Good quality toothpaste
