Arrid Antiperspirant & Deodorant

I had run out of deodorant the other day due to a friend using the last bit and on a visit to my local one stop I saw a can of this stuff for only 99p for a 170ml so I decided I would check it out and put it into my basket, when I got home I had a quick wash in the shower and changed into a different tshirt and shorts and decided to try a bit of this antiperspirant. I bought this antiperspirant/deodorant from my local shop. Got it for a great deal buy one get one free. I thought I would try 2 different scents and maybe purchase the one I liked the most again. I got a basic baby powder scent and a Morning Clean scent. For me its all about how it smells. If it don't smell good to me the last thing I want to do is smear it all over my underarms, to have to catch whiffs of it all day long as I move my arms. Some people are cheeky aren't they? Stocking fillers consisting of deodorants, shower gels, body washes, need I go on? I don't smell, well, maybe a little after the gym or a game of football with the local girls team, but not a lot really. That's why I was annoyed, although not ungrateful for the 6 cans off deodorant that I found nestled in the bottom of my stockings over Christmas. My current deodorant is Arrid XX, a stick which claims to do various things: It’s “Extra extra dry”, “goes on clear and clean!” and it’s “powerful, against wetness”. Is there something wrong with me, with my body, or have you experienced this too?... I have used Arrid extra dry and found that after a few hours I actually smell of sweat (where I don't normally even if I do sweat). But worse than that, when I have showered and washed under my arms it feels as though there is a film which even scrubbing with a loofer will not remove easily. I have not experienced this with other deodorants/anti perspirants and wonder if it is me or quite a common problem.
