Asda Essential Care Shower Gel was something I decided to pick up following using a branded shower gel whilst on holiday that was mint and tea tree and being impressed with how refreshing the experience was. The Asda Mint and Tea Tree shower gel is exceptional value at about £1.00 for 275ml bottle (you can also get this on deals like 4 for £3 quite often) and comes in a bottle which is well designed and takes up a small amount of space in comparison to some of the shower gels out there (we have all seen them where the bottle seems to have been what had the most time spent on it). The shower gel itself is of a good quality and does not need you to use huge amounts to shower with as is the case sometimes with cheaper shower gels and the smells are fantastic and refreshing. I currently live in a flat where I have no shower but for me this is a great product as you can put this into a nice warm bath and you will find a great relaxing smell that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

If you are someone who is using branded products and considering using a non branded product for the first time then use this as it is great quality, excellent value, well packaged and has a great scent + refreshing quality to it.

Summary: Give this non branded product a chance as the excellent value does not see a drop in quality
