Avon self tanning lotion comes in two shades, light and med/dark. It is very useful to use as a foundation, before you go to bed apply as directed on the bottle just to your face. By morning you will look healthier! When using on the body, make sure that you apply sparingly to the elbows and knees and heels.
If you wear acrilic nails be very careful. This will turn your nails brown too... and it will not wash off! Also remove rings when applying and wash hands immediately or you will have brown palms too.
I use it all year round. I am one of those people who look ill without a tan so I use it 2 -3 times a week in the winter, it saves on having to use foundation!
