Many people I know are huge fans of AVON bronzing pearls, but for me they do not provide a dark enough colour for my skin.

That aside, they are reasonably priced around £8, but are often in AVON deals such as 2 for £9 so really good value.

You get around 30 pearls in the plastic pot, which range in colour from a light cream, mid-orange all the way down to a tan colour. The problem I found was that the brush picks up too much of the light coloured pearls and not enough of the dark (there are more light pearls than dark). I prefer the pressed powder for a darker colour but I think this would suit most skin tones as I have fairly deep coloured skin (olivey).

The pearls are of good size and the brush definitely picks up the power on them. Some other makes just tend to get greasy and not pick up the colour, the AVON ones are powdery to the end.

Summary: Excellent value, great quality product
