WOW!!!!!! That has GOT to be the first word of this because thats what I was like after just one weeks use!
Retailing at around £10pounds usually - although I got mine half price at just £5pounds - its rather cheap considering its claims. It claims to lift and sculpt your breasts after just one week!
So, I bath and then use after drying my body. You use a dollop the size of a pound coin and apply in upwards strokes from the bottom of the breasts to the top. Then wait five mins before dressing, giving it time to dry. It leaves your hands a tiny bit sticky but thats why it tells you to wash your hands haha.
After a week I was so shocked at how well this had worked! After having my daughter back in 2006 and breast feeding her my breasts were a little 'saggy' so to speak and my nipples seemed to relocate to the lower part of my breasts, but with this Wonder cream - thats what I shall call it as thats what it is - helped so much that my nipple actually lifted to nearer the middle of my breast! They were lifted a little and really works wonders!
I've had the product for 6 months and I have about a quarter left so its really lasting along time considering I use it every day.
Really highly recommend this product especially if its on offer for half price even though I would happily pay the £10pounds normal price now I know just how good it is! :)
I actually found that this Bust contouring cream works really well, for me it really did act as a virtual bra. I think for it to properly work you need to apply it daily and for the best results apply it in an upward motion over your bust to really "lift" them up.
It made my bust feel really firm and pert, i plan on delaying the phases of ageing for as long as i possibly can and if that means using different creams and lotions like this one then i will do! There are many similar products that claim to work miracles on your body to prevent signs of ageing etc. and i've had very little success with most of them, so it was surprised by how well this one actually worked.
Even friends notice how firm my bust was looking so i've told them all about this Bust contouring cream and they have all bought it too and also had great results. I quite like the smell of this cream too as it smells very clean on me and the cream also isn't really heavy so that it makes my skin feel greasy.
It cost me £8 for a tub of this from the Avon brochure, i really hope that Avon still sell this cream or i'll be panicking when i run out!
My bust has never been particulary firm, even as a teenager I often wished there was a miracle cure to make it firmer and more uplifted. The reason for all this was my mother refusing to believe her little girl was growing up and not buying me a bra when I needed one, I only got one when I turned about 13 by which time the damage had been done, thanks Mum....
Anyway I'm a big fan of Avon products as dear old Mum was a rep for them for years and I managed to get loads of freebies and cheap stuff out of her, for research and testing purposes of course. I spotted this bust cream about a year ago when doing an online shop and realised I could get a free bag if I ordered a certain amount, this cream was only £8 at the time and worth a try I thought for that price.
When it arrived I eagerly applied it all over my bust and upper chest and neck area that evening, not quite hoping for a miracle cure but wanting to see a difference the next morning. Well I have to say I wa rather dissapointed. Ok the skin on my bust area felt soft and smooth and looking a little better than before but it certainly didnt look or feel any firmer.
I would say this cream is nothing more than a posh body moisturiser and at £8 its an expensive one if it does nothing more than make your skin feel soft. I wouldnt buy it again but I'm glad I gave it a try as the free bag I got from the order was brilliant and has been used on countless trips away!
After having 2 kids my confidence took a bit of a battering, especially where my post baby body was concerned, feeling very low about it I decided to test out some lotions and potions to see if they could restore any of my former glory.
Avon Bust Contouring Cream-
Avons Firm & Sculpt Bust Contouring Cream is designed to refine and sculpt the bust line, giving you a lift and making you feel firmer. It claims to have an effect within 4 weeks.
The cream claims to have "a blend of ingredients that forms an invisible network for additional support to the bust area."
The product actually comes in a lilac 150ml tub with an unscrew lid, not the tube style shown in the picture above, although I'm sure it did once come in the tube. It is a white coloured cream with a citrussy scent and is of a slightly runny consistency, it almost reminds me of uncooked eggs but white and a little less stringy.
Avon recommend that the product is used twice daily and is applied to the bust in an upwards motion.
Well i've already mentioned that I doubted the product and my suspicions were proven to be correct. I used the product as instructed, twice a day, but have seen no change to my bust at all, it certainly doesn't feel any more "sculpted" or "firm" than it was before, it doesn't even improve the skin tone like many of the Solutions range do. There is some moisturising effect but the cream is of such an unpleasant texture and takes so long to absorb that any small positive effect seems lost. The cream doesn't leave much of a greasy feeling to the hands but is very slow to absorb and can be felt on the skin hours after application.
The smell of this cream reminds me of lemon air freshener or those car air fresheners that claim to be "citrus fresh" it is not a very pleasant smell although does fade relatively quickly, still it's not a smell you want on your body.
The 150ml tub claims to have a shelf life of 12 months however mine only lasted about 4. You see how long it last's will depend on the actual size of your bust, a smaller lady will use less of the product than a larger lady. Now i'm not a big girl but have been generously gifted in the bust department, i'm a 30GG so if you're similar in size or larger you're not going to get a lot of life or effect from the product.
As with all these creams they say for best results you should continue to use this cream, I however believe i'd need about 10 years worth of application before I even saw the smallest change, going by the rate of any effects i've seen.
Price & availability-
The cream is only available from Avon so you can either order it from your local sales rep' or from the online store Avonshop.co.uk. Sometimes Avon products do pop up online on such sites as Ebay so it's always worth shopping around.
The product is usually £8 per tub but is frequently on offer and is currently online for £5. Quite pricey in my opinion when you consider it requires continued usage.
The product makes some fantastic claims-softer skin after 1 application, after 2 weeks bust feels firmer after 4 it looks firmer........... but i've not had such results. It's not a product I would recommend, certainly not at a full price of £8, of course this is based on my experience, I really cant see how a similar sized lady(or larger) will have any effect from the cream however there may be some effect for smaller chested ladies. It is not a cream I would buy again.
