I tend to get really dry elbows, probably due to leaning on them so much. Since I also use foot cream, one of my friends suggested I try this, as she finds it works great on dry rough skin on elbows and also since it isn't just marketed as a Foot Cream, but a Foot and Elbow Cream then makes me think it would do a good job.
I wouldn't say me feet are extremely rough. I don't wear heels that often and get to wear trainers at work. I also moisturise them every other day and put on nice fluffy thick socks at night while in the house.
This product is sold from Avon. SO you can buy from an Avon rep, or by the website www.avon.uk.com. If you spend a certain amount (think it is over £250 you get free delivery from the website, or you have to pay about £3 if it is under. Through an Avon rep they will bring it to your door and obviously just pay when you get the item.
The tub is a small round tub. Quite a deep tub and it has an easy screw on circular lid. There is no label on the tub and it is clear plastic so you can see the thick creamy lotion through the plastic. On the lid it has the Planet Spa logo and directions on how to use - basically rub into feet and elbows!
The lotion is quite thick so you don't need a lot and it gives a good thick cover to the area. The 1 thing I didn't like was the smell and based on that I wouldn't buy this again. It is a heavy, overpowering smell of cream, like a rich double cream and I found it smelt really sweet and sickly.
The moisturising qualities of this were good and made my skin nice and soft, but I hated smelling the smell wafting about for hours.
In the current book this costs £2.25 on a half price offer for 75ml, so best to try on the offer as £4.50 a bit to spend at the best of times, let alone on something you end up not liking!
