The first thing that hits you is the strong smell of salt which as this is a sea salt body polisher you would expect but I have found with other brands that they tend to be over perfumed which this is not. Avon originally started off as a door to door sales team of women but nowadays although this service still exists they have also enabled you to be able to buy things off the avon website. So if you don't have anyone who sells in your area you are still able to buy things from the Avon brand. I'm really fussy when it comes to what I use on my skin as it does have a habit of being sensitive and usually only likes things that have an expensive pricetag! When it comes to cosmetics etc I'll hold up my hands and admit I'm a bit of a snob. Avon to me was awful perfume, lip stick that wore off in seconds and eye shadow that appeared to be made of coloured chalk. Ok so Avon of the 80's in my opinion was a bit dire, would Avon of the 00's be in any better? I did wonder as I placed an order for several of the Planet Spa range.
