Advantages: Strong scent during washing, lovely skin condition, low price

Having really loved Pur Blanca perfume from Avon, I decided I would treat myself to some of the bath and body items from the range. This shower gel would usually cost £3.50 though I paid half price, £1.75, for it during a special offer. It is always worth looking out for these as they appear every few brochures.

My first impression of this product was good. The packaging is very weighty which suggested there was a good, thick product contained inside. The plain white and greay packaging is not the most stylish I have ever seen but it is good quality at least.

Flipping open the bottom cap for the first time, I was not greeted with the strong, crisp scent of Pur Blanca as I expected to be. Even on squeezing the gel up a little, I still did not really smell much. I was disappointed at this initially but then when I actually used the gel for the first time, my opinion was completely changed.

When this thick, clear shower gel is lathered up, it releases a great strong stream of scent that is very similar to the perfume. It is not the same exactly but it is very close. Washing with this product is a lovely experience as the scent is released over and over again with every scrub.

Afterwards my skin felt well conditioned and I could faintly make out the Pur Blanca scent on my skin. I really am very impressed with this product and will continue to use it in the future.

Summary: A lovely thick perfumed shower gel.
